Attendees are responsible for their hotel reservation. The conference secretariat does not provide a hotel booking service.
No hotels are available on a walking distance from the university campus. Public transport, busses and a train are on a walking distance of about 5 minutes from the campus. View the location on Google Maps.

It is advised to book a hotel in Arnhem or its direct surroundings.
As to great traffic intensity on the road and in public transport, it is advised not to book at a distance of more than 20 km from Arnhem. Be aware of severe traffic jams during peek times between:
- Nijmegen and Arnhem
- Utrecht and Arnhem
- German border and Arnhem.
