Instructions for contributors

Contributors are:

• Experts invited to present a conference topic
• Authors presenting a paper.

Time slots for a presentation of a topic or a full paper will be 45 minutes, including discussion. For short papers the time slot is 15 minutes.

All proposals for contributions have to be submitted by e-mail to PC-IPROF-09@planet.nl.

Publication

The abstracts together with details of conference working groups and the conference programme will be made available to conference attendees on registration at the conference desk.

Information about the programme will be available in advance on this website.

Conference proceedings, to be published some time after the conference, will contain:

• All accepted papers
• Expert presentations with accompanying abstract
• Conference working group outcomes
• The Conference Proceedings will be a publication with an ISBN number
• All conference attendees will receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
