Presentations by Experts
Invited experts will present a topic during the conference. There will be not necessarily an accompanying paper.
You are kindly requested:
- To submit an abstract and the full text of your presentation before 1 December 2008
- To e-mail your presentation (slides) to the Conference Secretariat before 4th February 2009.
The International Programming Committee may have remarks or questions about the abstract. In any case, even if the Programming Committee has no comment, you will receive a notification on December 15th 2008.
The abstract will be published:
- In the Conference Guide
- In the Conference Proceedings.
The presentation will be:
- Available for presentation at the time scheduled in the Conference Programme
- Published in the Conference Proceedings
Abstract requirements
The abstract can be 300 words at most and has to be prepared in Word.
Apart form the 300 words, it should mention:
Invitation Code, full name,
e-mail address and affiliation of the presenter(s) and contact person(s).
