Refereed papers
Papers written in English and not published nor submitted elsewhere will be accepted on the basis of
- an extended abstract of between 700 and 1000 words after a careful review by Programme Committee members. Authors of an approved extended abstract will have the opportunity to submit a full paper shortly after the conference, provided that the issue was presented during the conference.
- an abstract of 300 words at most and a full paper (6 – 10 pages), to be reviewed before the conference.
- a short paper (3- 5 pages) to be reviewed before the conference.
The number of pages of a paper is including figures, tables and references.
The first page of each submission must include the title, all of the authors' names, affiliations, complete mailing addresses including email, telephone numbers, and a statement of commitment that one of the authors will present the paper at IPROF-09 in Arnhem, The Netherlands. A submission lacking any of the above information, extended abstracts outside the range of 700-1000 word limit, papers outside the range of 6 - 10 pages or short papers outside the range of 3 - 5 pages will not be considered by the Programme Committee for inclusion in the conference programme.
You are kindly requested:
- to submit an extended abstract or the full text of your paper (including an abstract) before 1 November 2008
- to e-mail your presentation (slides) to the Conference Secretariat before 4 February 2009.
All proposals will be double blind refereed; acceptance is subject to the outcome of the review process.

- on this website as a link from the issue in the Conference Programme
- in the Conference Guide
Full papers will be published
- in the Conference Proceedings
Presentations (slides) will be available
- for presentation at the time scheduled in the Conference Programme
