Invitation and registration

Invitations will be sent by the International Programme Committee by e-mail to experts and to those who passed the review process of their contribution with success. A limited number of delegates may attend the working conference without giving a presentation.

Experts accepting the invitation and speakers who passed the review process will receive a registration form. For formal acceptation of the invitation, the completed registration form has to be returned to the Conference Secretariat and the amount due has to be paid. The secretariat will approve registration and attach a confirmation of payment.

Payment

Conference fees have to be paid in advance by international money transfer. The registration form will give all details about payment by international money transfer.

Following an IFIP rule all participants of a working conference pay the conference fee for the reason that a working conference:

  • is a meeting place for people involved
  • nearly all participants are a speaker or do contribute
  • does not serve a commercial goal.

Conference fees are including VAT (19% on fees and excursions, 6% on dinner).

The conference fee for delegates and speakers is including:

  • Coffee, tea during breaks
  • Lunches
  • Conference Guide
  • Conference Proceedings

No cancellations will be allowed after 28 January 2009. Replacement will be allowed.
